Worker djinnkirby ~Catell-Ruz

Here a worker djinnkir.
Even if he belongs to an imaginary story, he has a detail that exists in the reality: his hat.

In France, majority of immigrant come from North and Western Africa, and many of them are Muslim. I don't know why, but many immigrant (workers or retired people) of the first generation wear this strange little hat, this cap on their head. Fisrtly, I've heard it was a Muslim symbol, and then an African symbol... well, I don't know what is truth.
Anyways, it's a cool hat, so I used it, since Djinnkirs are immigrants, in Cathaïr Mùndi's world.

Their name is another reference to the reality too: word "djinn" really exists, it refers to a hidden creature (like the arabic verb "jenna" / "to hide, to conceal" )... Well, here, Djinnkirs hide from the sun (sun light kills Djinnkirs!)...

Djinnkirs are exploided by Kahn Daoine (the Masters of Cathaïr: they live in the district of Gwen Blindi) and mainly work in fabrics, or on construction sites... They are not very good with their hands (Have seen their finger size?!?) but they are really resistant...You will know why they have big foot and hands next time!

T_T un jour je saurais faire autant de détails! (un jour j' en arais la patience!)

comme d' hab, tes images font tres pro: propre, bien fait, etc.

petit truc qui me fait bizarre: a main droite, celle qui est baissé... je ne sais pas si c' ets l' ombrage ou quoi, mais il y a un truc de bizarre, on dirait que le doigt du milieu passe apres celui qui est le plus proche du corps... :s je ne sais pas si je suis claire xD

mais sinon, beau boulot ^_^

Il y a en effet une petite erreur: le majeur est théoriquement le troisième doigt en partant de la gauche, et pourtant ce n'est pas le plus long! Peut être que cette impression bizarre te vient du fait que l'annulaire est le plus long doigt de cette main!
J'ai toujours du mal avec ça: j'ai appris à les dessiner à quatre doigts, alors la déformation reste!

Great choice of color, it fits well with the project. And also the story it's very well defined, important for concept art. Thanks! Yeah, I seriously think to talk about the story, but translation takes many time, and I don't manage to find right words in English. I use to write in French, and sometimes, some people said me I write well... But I'm not sure I would be able to transcribe in English my facility to speak, *sigh!*...
